Almost Sold Out was formed in 2018 by Nick Friedman, Rollie Kraus, and Dayton Policella as a means to placate their collective anxieties. Influenced by everything from Joy Division to DEVO, the band centers itself on making music that does not fall under one genre.

 

The trio recorded the entirety of their debut album “A Bit of a Blur,” in Los Angeles, CA from their DIY garage studio over the course of 6 months with all three members interchangeably contributing on different instruments.

Their multi-instrumentalist prowess is showcased in their eclectic body of work ranging from the pop feels of “Second Guess" to the surf rock vibes of “Brothers".
